Contessa
Entellina is situated on Mount Genuardo. Above the Comune you will find the
S. Maria del Bosco monastery. It is an important nature area with significant
plant and bird species. |

About 25 minutes by car, offers
swimming or

There are two areas in Contessa Entellina, the old city and the expanded new city area. The best way to tour is with your Italian relatives to hear the full story. The top building sites are the Churches, and the Antiquarium Museum. The city is not too large to walk and explore, so take a short early morning walk to see the old and newarchitecture. The main piazza is a gathering place at the end of the day where the wise men meet to discuss the news of the day. There are two coffee bars at the piazza, one is the Schiro Bar. |
